Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with various departments to aid order process and overall customer experience.
  • Development of new accounts and maintenance of existing accounts
  • Provide detailed costings of materials and labour cost to ensure budget margins are exceeded - Maximise margins wherever possible
  • Liaise with Group Sales teams regarding bulk orders and potential business leads
  • Ensure enquiries are processed within a 24-hour time frame
  • Liaise with external agencies regarding subcontractor rates
  • Ensure a clearly defined offer is issued to customers and records retained for traceability

 


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Skills and Attributes: IT Literate Ability to work under pressure Self-motivated Ability to compile reports Qualifications: HNC/HND general engineering or similar preferred Maths and English skills
