A day in the life of an HR Administrator at phs group will involve:
Writing letters for HR Business Partners and Advisors
Sending offer letters/Contracts to new colleagues and internal movers
Ensuring IT is set up for new starters
Maintaining the HR System (ITrent) and ensuring the integrity of data
Acting as first line support to managers navigating the Self-Service HR System
