Job Description

You will provide administrative and secretarial support to the MD. You will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative tasks, in which no two days will be the same. You will manage appointments through outlook, be able to draft letters, proofread and amend outgoing correspondence to a high standard, and have excellent attention to detail. You will already have strong administration skills and the ability to manage a varied workload without supervision.

Key Tasks:

  • Providing secretarial support to the Managing Director.
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings.
  • Attending meetings where appropriate and taking accurate minutes.
  • Manage office stationery supplies and board room bookings.
  • Filing (hard copy and electronic).
  • Providing refreshments (tea/coffee) for directors and visitors.

  • Day shift

  • Secretarial: 2 years (Required)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience in a secretarial role is essential. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong administrative skills, MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
