Working closely with the directors to ensure smooth running of the administrative aspects of the Practice.
Manage day to day running of the Practice including:
Overseeing diary systems and IT with the support of external IT advice as required.
Responding to staff and customer queries
Ordering Stock and arranging services/supplies to the Practice.
Responsibility for some aspects of HR with the help of external HR advice as required.
Line management of a small team of admin staff.
Provision of salary details for accountant.
Invoicing/Billing and managing payment queries.
