Job Description
  • To provide an exceptional level of administrative support to the Project Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute project documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.
  • Schedule and attend project meetings and record decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps).
  • Assist Project Team in all administration functions and processes.
  • Facilitate development of project plans and manage them from inception to completion.
  • Create and update workflows.
  • Monitor project progress and address potential issues.
  • Creation and tracking of capital expenditure.
  • Communication of project activities to the wider business.
  • Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Other ad-hoc tasks as and when required;
  • Escalation of issues to management in a timely manner;
  • Continual process improvement;
  • Continuous professional development.

  • Competitive salary of £19,000 - £24,000 (salary dependant on experience) with annual salary reviews

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
PC literate. Professional telephone manner. Ability to priorities and work to deadlines. Ability to manage multiple projects. Logical approach to problem solving. Solid organization and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong numerical skills. Good attention to detail. Soft skills associated with people management. Intermediate/Advanced MS Excel skills. Proficiency with MS Office programme suite. Knowledge of project management software. 5 GCSEs Grade A-C (must include Math and English). IOC qualification, or willingness to study towards it. Completed or working towards professional qualifications in project management. Previous experience in a similar administrative role. Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services industry. Ability to work as part of a team. Positive attitude. Friendly, approachable and professional manner. Flexibility and adaptability. Leadership skills.
