Job Description

You will be the first point of contact for tenants to report maintenance issues in their home. You will then liaise with landlords to take their instruction and instruct contractors to carry out necessary works. You will be responsible for prioritizing works, progressing jobs from start to finish, including obtaining quotations, logging invoices and keeping all parties concerned up to date. You will also liaise with tenants once they vacate a property over their deposit return and communicate with landlords on any required works.

Providing a great customer service to all landlords and tenants

Managing daily diary and answering the phone.

Supporting colleagues in the lettings team as and when required and also carry out general office duties

Keeping up to date with the local market and other agents in the area

Experience:

  • rentals experience: 1 year (essential)

Licence:

  • car driving (Preferred)

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends
