Job Description

This is what you'll be doing:

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company within their stores department working closely with the stock controller.

  • Receiving tools, components and materials from customers and suppliers.
  • Updating NAVISION for parts received, changing reference points
  • Kitting and issuing tools, components and materials for remedial works.
  • Goods inwards documentation checking, goods checking and acceptance of all deliveries to stock.
  • Ensure all received stock is undamaged and that everything ordered is present and accounted for.
  • Ensuring all tools are returned, recorded and placed correctly in the Tool Stores when production is complete.
  • Ensuring low stock and other shortages which may require re-ordering.
  • Ensure all products are suitably packaged and that delivery service used is adequate to meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain a safe working environment within the Stores areas and all current Health and Safety legislation is observed. Including basic "house-keeping".
  • Delivery and collection of product and material as required.
  • Performing any other duties that may be deemed necessary to ensure the effective running of the Department and Company.

Previous experience within stores/ stock control Strong team player Excellent communication skills IT literate
