Job Description

As an Assistant Accountant, you will be involved in the day to day operations of a finance department, ensuring the quality and integrity of the data and reporting.

Supporting the finance managers and directors you will be part of a team which will be involved in:

Primary support the administrative functions;

• Scanning
• Checking Bank Statements
• Entering Date from invoices

Other duties include but are not limited to;

• Management of day-to-day operational tasks (accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and ad-hoc client request)
• Preparation and timely delivery of month end reports

• Processing month end reconciliations
• Maintenance of the fixed asset register
• Assisting with variance analysis reporting
• Prepayments and accruals

Candidates with experience within Hospitality and using SUN Accounting Systems are desirable
