Job Description

Your new role

In this role you will be responsible for managing and updating all attendance via the SIMS system. You will also be responsible for being first point of contact for people entering the office, you will be responsible for managing phone calls, dealing with enquires and assisting reception. You will ensure all attendance issues are addressed in line with school procedures and you will be responsible for general admin around the office. This role is starting immediately on an on-going temporary basis with option to go permanent for the right candidate. You will be working 8:30-3:30 Monday to Friday.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A successful candidate will need have experience using the SIMS system. You must be able to work in a fast-paced office environment. You must be able to provide two relevant references. You will also need to be well organised and have good written and verbal communication. Attendance experience is preferable.
