It is essential for this role that you have excellent communication skills as you will be the first point of contact with their customer base. These excellent communication skills will also be required whilst dealing with internal and external enquiries.
You will need to self-motivated and reliable.
Excellent numeracy and IT skills will also be an essential requirement for this role. Knowledge of Word and Excel are required and SAP would be an advantage.
You will be responsible for inputting data onto the in-house systems and all administration required within the sales process.
The process will involve handling internet sales generated from sites such as Amazon Market Place, ebay and Shop Direct. Experience of working with, or knowledge of these areas, would be a massive advantage.
