The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a shared service centre environment, together with a good understanding of Finance systems and applications.
You will be responsible for supporting the day to day running of an efficient payments and income related financial transactional service and duties will include:-
Processing BACS, Cheques and Direct Debts
Inputting and processing invoices
Querying resolutions and escalation
Credit control and debt recovery
Allocating Sales to cash
Operating Billing systems
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent organisational skills Strong IT and accurate data entry skills Experience of Finance systems and applications Good written and verbal communications skills Inter-personal skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels Welsh speaking
