The Role
As a Resourcing Coordinator, you will be responsible for sourcing both internal and external talent across BBI and will assist the Group Talent & Resourcing Business Partner and the Head of Talent & Resourcing with all aspects of resourcing.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
Work closely with hiring managers to qualify vacant roles, understanding hiring and training needs alongside team culture
Conduct regular salary benchmarking for all roles internal and external.
Manage the Recruitment Suite - writing job adverts and interview guides for internal and external vacancies.
Market vacancies through appropriate channels per location including, the company ATS system, local job boards and utilising social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
Source candidates directly through networking events and online platforms such as LinkedIn and CV databases, effectively using tools such as Boolean search and RecruiterLite.
Utilise social media to increase candidate attraction and enhance the BBI Group employer brand, working closely with the marketing team to align content between platforms.
Effectively track and monitor applications throughout the recruitment process with a focus on the candidate journey.
Effectively track and monitor the use of the Refer A Friend scheme, ensuring offerings are competitive, payments are awarded on time etc.
Build effective working relationships with recruitment agencies, local educational institutions and third parties (graduate/apprentice schemes) to support sourcing as required.
Conduct first stage interviews (pre-screening) via phone/Skype etc to showcase role detail for candidates and assess for suitability - existing skillset, ambition, alignment to company values etc.
Arrange interviews via diary management, proactively managing both the candidates and hiring managers expectations on timescales.
Verify candidate documentation including eligibility to work documents, educational certifications etc.
Attend face to face interviews as and when as required, ensuring all interview packs are stored in line with GDPR requirements.
Manage the job offer process from verbal offer through to written offer, including salary and offer negotiation.
Provide feedback to all candidates and develop a talent pipeline for future vacancies.
Effectively report on all key recruitment metrics including RTM, TTH, acceptance rate etc to analyse and forecast for future recruitment needs.
Work with the Group Resourcing and Talent Business Partner to support talent and succession planning.
Provide day one induction to all employees to ensure seamless onboarding experience.
Attend jobs fairs and other local networking events to enhance brand visibility.
Conduct regular market research per location to ensure that BBI’s offerings are attractive/competitive.
Cover all aspects of the HR Administrator role in their absence and provide support to Front of House by covering lunch breaks on a rota basis.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To be successful in your application you will need to demonstrate a successful track record in recruitment and selection, specifically in high-volume recruitment. You will need experience of managing internal and external stakeholders, utilising ATS software, reporting on recruitment metrics and understand the legal requirements of recruitment and selection. A CIPD qualification is preferred but not essential.
