Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Have a friendly engaging approach to working with older people * Be able to provide non-judgemental support and encouragement to people in difficult situations * Have experience of working in a customer services environment * Have strong administration and IT skills (MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook * Have data inputting experience * Have excellent communication and organisational skills * Be able to handle sensitive and confidential information * Be a welsh speaker (desirable but not essential)
