The role of the Member Retention Consultant is to provide an effective outbound calling service, administration support and associated functions for members and prospective members.
Duties will include:-
Making outbound calls to members across a variety of campaigns
Dealing with inbound calls regarding membership enquiries, new applications, amendments and cancellations
Maintaining accurate membership records using the membership database
A flexible approach to your working hours is essential as you will be required to work 35 hours per week from Monday to Friday on a rota basis between 8.30am to 8.30pm.
