The post holder will also be required to manage the approval and collation of all aspects of doctors' leave in line with the processes in place.
The successful candidate will be expected to provide an efficient and effective service in a pressured environment.
The post holder will work closely with the Medical Staffing Officer for the on call and junior doctor rotas, developing the on call rota and maintaining the rotas.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and proven administrative experience, including keyboard skills and experience of Microsoft Word, Excel and database systems. Candidate will also need to demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail and have the ability to prioritise their workload in order to meet tight timescales.
