Job Description

A day in the life of an HR Administrator at phs group will involve:

  • Writing letters for HR Business Partners and Advisors
  • Sending offer letters/Contracts to new colleagues and internal movers
  • Ensuring IT is set up for new starters
  • Maintaining the HR System (ITrent) and ensuring the integrity of data
  • Acting as first line support to managers navigating the Self-Service HR System

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience working in a HR team Strong Administration skills An understanding of how to format and write letters A working knowledge of both Microsoft Word and Excel The ability to work independently
