As an HR Assistant within the HR team and wider Group Business Services team, you will work closely with your colleagues, HRBPs and managers across the business delivering high quality and efficient administrative support. You will work collaboratively with your colleagues to ensure that your customers, whoever they may be, receive an excellent service and have a positive experience.
Whilst a key part of this role is to provide administrative HR support focusing on key areas such as processing new starters, changes and leavers, it is a varied and exciting role. You will have the opportunity to attend meetings with the HRBPs, hold maternity meetings with expectant mothers, deliver HR meet and greet sessions to new starters and much more.
As a HR Assistant, your role will be pivotal to our core service delivery across the full employment lifecycle and therefore will support our ambition to ensure everyone has a positive employment experience that demonstrates our company values and employer brand.
Your hours of work would be 36.25 hours per week, working Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.
