Working within a busy team you will be the first point of contact for families and partner agencies contacting the service. You will provide advice and guidance in relation to elective home education, children missing education, Education Penalty Notices and child employment and entertainment licenses.
You will support the Attendance Officers by transcribing PACE interviews, processing education penalty notices, issuing licenses and assisting with the compilation of court files.
You will oversee and support the operational finance management of the Attendance Service and work with managers to coordinate and develop appropriate systems to evaluate service delivery through the production of analytical reports and audit processes.
