The accurate and timely input of information into Electronic Staff Record (ESR) which is the national NHS Database for Staff Records and Pay.
Prepare Manual Calculations.
You will assist with the maintenance and quality of data held in ESR
Assist with external and internal enquiries via telephone and the ESR Helpdesk.
Issue passwords for users to access ESR
Print and process staff electronic forms
Provide assistance in the provision of a weekly and monthly payroll service to Trust Employees.
Excellent communication skills are required, as you will liaise and communicate with Management and staff at all levels throughout the Trust providing an efficient and timely service in the daily operation of the ESR Helpdesk.
Provide general administrative assistance to the Payroll team
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
