Job Description

Key responsibilities:

* Form part of a multi-disciplined team, helping with general support, including systems and working with colleagues to ensure good communication and administration systems are in place.

* Act as first point of contact for general and specific external and internal enquiries and correspondence as requested.

* Act as part of a team to provide adequate cover on care rotas.

* Monitor, update and ensure accuracy of data on call monitoring

* Provide out of hours on-call support as per the on-call rota and call monitoring during on-call shifts

* Undertake administrative tasks to support the Supervisor and Branch Manager as required

* Assist in the production and presentation of management information

* Work with Management team to ensure the most cost effective and appropriate arrangements are made for staff rotas and planning of all service user calls

* Contribute to the ethos of continuous improvement at the Branch by seeking out opportunities to streamline processes, increase efficiency and improve the experience for employees and Service users alike.

Other Activity:

* To undertake duties as can be reasonably expected to ensure the smooth running and efficiency of the department

* To carry out duties and responsibilities of the post at all times in compliance with Organisation policies - especially Equal Opportunities and Health & Safety.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Qualifications: * Educated to GCSE / O Level including Math's and English (Essential). Knowledge: * Experience of work in an office environment demonstrated by: a) Experience of Tagtronics Systems b) Experience of general office administration procedures and guidelines c) Dealing with confidential information d) Delivery of effective administration to support a varied team and able to work within a multi-disciplined team e) Communication with key partners to ensure delivery of a high-quality service Skills and Abilities: * Strong planning and organisational skills * Motivated self-starter * Attention to detail * Proven ability to analyse and improve processes * Good IT skills including MS Office * Good communication skills, both oral and written * Good negotiation skills (Essential).
