Job Description
- Assigning work to soft services providers to ensure all consumables, waste, window cleaning, Pest Control, contractual obligations are met fully.
- Collating meter readings, chasing engineers for completion, and associated reporting.
- Daily reactive reporting to the client.
- Assigning subcontractor reactive work orders to the relevant subcontractor.
- Ensuring Sub-contractor Planner is accurately maintained at all times.
- Completion of the monthly client performance dashboard report.
- Raising Purchase Orders and receipting invoices.
- Answering telephone calls, communicating with Engineers, Customers, suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Booking travel, organising meetings, completing Spreadsheets and writing performance reports.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proficient user of MS Office Applications including Word and Excel. Ideally a working knowledge of SAP, Planon and Coupa, although training will be given on these applications. Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, managers and customers. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage and organize heavy workloads. Excellent interpersonal skills.
