The Financial Controller is a key member of the management team and, as such, confidentiality and discretion
Reporting to the Managing Director and the Board of Directors and responsible for a team of two.
Key duties and responsibilities
Providing management information and analysis
Preparation & analysis of the Monthly Management accounts
Preparing Payroll and submitting information to payroll bureau
Tax reporting - VAT and ad hoc
Cashflow preparation & analysing debtors
Budgeting and forecasting for the business
Managing and motivation the day to day finance team
Strengthening business processes and procedures
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified Strong background in managing the day to day duties of a busy finance department Excellent motivation and enthusiasm to manage staff Staff management experience
