Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Supporting the Gym Managers in the maintenance of our U.P. North gyms (Cheshire, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester), including travel on a weekly and fortnightly basis
Checking and ordering gym stock
Weekly checks and monthly audits of cleaning services
Assessment of the gyms’ health & safety and fire risk
Liaising with various property management regarding property oversight / tenant communications
Sharing building announcements with gym staff
Printing of internal communications and all other gym advertisements
Organising client photo-shoots
Assisting Gym Managers and the Recruitment team in the organization of the monthly ‘Recruitment Day’
Ensuring reception standards are maintained
Liaising with Management to organize gym social events
Supporting the Gym Managers with any ad hoc duties when required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal applicant will have prior experience supporting within an operations role. Access to a vehicle is not required as U.P. will assist in the costs of travel expenses.
