Job Description

This is what you’ll be doing

As a Customer Service agent, you will perform a pivotal role in delivering service excellence to all internal and external customers. You will support the Customer Service Management Team by performing all administrative tasks, including inbound/outbound calls, online direct messaging and all types of administrative and support requests.

  • Administer all inbound requests received from internal and external customers taking by calls, and online messages
  • Process all inbox and postal administration queries, transact request and manage correspondence
  • Be an expert in queries to do with household insurance, let policies and direct debt management
  • Process all administration work in line with internal processes and procedures, ensuring that everything is accurate and compliant following FCA guidelines
  • Assist the team manager in delivery of SLA’s by carrying out an appropriate share of the day to day tasks
  • Build excellent relationships with all levels of staff throughout the business

Up to £18,000 + bonus

Monday to Friday 9-5

Work from home initially


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience within insurance is essential Previous experience within a similar role would be advantageous Excellent problem solving skills and ability to analyse information. Excellent telephone manner
