As a Customer Service agent, you will perform a pivotal role in delivering service excellence to all internal and external customers. You will support the Customer Service Management Team by performing all administrative tasks, including inbound/outbound calls, online direct messaging and all types of administrative and support requests.
Administer all inbound requests received from internal and external customers taking by calls, and online messages
Process all inbox and postal administration queries, transact request and manage correspondence
Be an expert in queries to do with household insurance, let policies and direct debt management
Process all administration work in line with internal processes and procedures, ensuring that everything is accurate and compliant following FCA guidelines
Assist the team manager in delivery of SLA’s by carrying out an appropriate share of the day to day tasks
Build excellent relationships with all levels of staff throughout the business
