Job Description

Profile is a graduate with 2-4 years` experience in a telesales or sales role so you have the key sales skills e.g. able to pitch a product, handle objections, have prospecting skills and closing techniques.

Your day to day will be learning all about the products, liaising with their UK customers on the phone and liaising with their small German customer base. Providing all aspects of administration including sales order processing, answering telephone enquiries, providing quotes, placing and organising the dispatch of order whilst keeping a high level maintenance of customer records.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

This very busy key role requires excellent communication and multi-tasking skills and candidates should be educated to degree level with administration along with sales experience, live within the Cardiff area and have their own transport and of course be German speaking.
