Delivering professional administration and PA support the CEO, including attending Board meetings, managing minutes, agendas and support as required including event management essentials.
Assisting the organization’s HR function by keeping personnel records up to date.
Supporting recruitment for the business coordinating interviews.
Work with improving current HR administration processes.
Managing the office facilities, including coordinating with external suppliers, ordering equipment and manage office assets.
Liaising with managers, staff, suppliers and clients to ensure processes and procedures followed.
Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems including managing databases or software solutions.
Organising new starters’ induction programmes for new employees.
Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date using a range of software packages.
Attending meetings with senior management within a PA capacity.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Able to demonstrate the business values of Integrity, Courage, Respect, Creativity and Compassion. Previous experience within PA, Admin, Office management or HR Admin. Completed or a desire to work towards CIPD Level 3 for HR Administration. Proactive self-starter who is able to work independently. Exceptional organizational skills. Ability to work with others to deliver solutions. Confident communicator across all levels of the organization. Excellent IT skills, including the ability to analyses data and undertake administrative duties including board minutes.
