Job Description

I am currently recruiting an Accounts Payable Clerk working a an award winning media company based in the City of London.

Client Details

My client is a well known media company based in the City of London. They have offices globally with well known blue chip companies.

Although their main focus is advertising, they also offer digital and re-branding services which has helped them grow rapidly in the last 10 years.

Due to continued expansion, my client is looking to hire an Accounts Payable Clerk to be based in their City of London office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on a temporary basis for 12 months.

Accounts Payable Clerk, City of London

Role and Duties:

  • Processing multi-currency invoices - £/$/€
  • Processing up to 200 invoices a week - up to the value of circa £100,000
  • Staff Expenses
  • Credit Card expenses
  • Liaising with clients
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Client queries
  • Systems: Excel, SAP

Profile

The successful candidate must be immediately available and can interview at short notice.

Knowledge of SAP is desirable but not essential.

Job Offer

The successful candidate will be paid between £12-16 depending on experience.
