Job Description

We are looking for someone with experience in the following areas:

  • Administration (working alongside the Bursar)
  • Premises (working closely with the Site Manager)
  • Health & Safety (working closely with the school’s Health and Safety Consultants)
  • Human Resources (working closely with the school’s HR Consultants)
  • Management Information Systems (working closely with the school’s MIS providers)
  • Information Technology (working closely with the school’s IT technician)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Have a good level of literacy, numeracy and IT skills. Can relate well to both adults and children. Are enthusiastic, friendly and approachable. Can work flexibly as part of a dedicated staff team with high expectations. Enjoy working with young children and families. Have excellent inter-personal, administrative and communication skills, thereby supporting customer and community relationships. Have a good knowledge of Health and Safety and IT. Can think strategically and problem solve creatively. Are committed to achieving the best outcomes for all stakeholders within the school community. Have a flexible and pro-active approach. Can priorities and organize your own work without close supervision, keeping to strict deadlines.
