We are looking for someone with experience in the following areas:
Administration (working alongside the Bursar)
Premises (working closely with the Site Manager)
Health & Safety (working closely with the school’s Health and Safety Consultants)
Human Resources (working closely with the school’s HR Consultants)
Management Information Systems (working closely with the school’s MIS providers)
Information Technology (working closely with the school’s IT technician)
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Have a good level of literacy, numeracy and IT skills. Can relate well to both adults and children. Are enthusiastic, friendly and approachable. Can work flexibly as part of a dedicated staff team with high expectations. Enjoy working with young children and families. Have excellent inter-personal, administrative and communication skills, thereby supporting customer and community relationships. Have a good knowledge of Health and Safety and IT. Can think strategically and problem solve creatively. Are committed to achieving the best outcomes for all stakeholders within the school community. Have a flexible and pro-active approach. Can priorities and organize your own work without close supervision, keeping to strict deadlines.
