The ideal candidate will have proven experience gained in within the private sector, dealing with volume administration and calls. Ideally, you will have experience of working within the automotive industry however, we are also inviting candidates that have transferrable skills from a customer service/retail background, who have a willingness to learn and show a keen eye for detail.
The role is Monday – Friday working shifts between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
Key Accountabilities:
· Answering telephone in a clear, confident and professional manner, treating clients with respect and professionalism
· Meet and greet visitors
· Deal with telephone queries in relation to manufacturer’s warranty and escalate to department manager as necessary
· Responsible for warranty calls, to include quotations, queries, registration updates, change of address etc.
· Processing and administration of ATE insurance policies
· Proactively respond to incoming enquires into manufacturers mailbox, ensuring responses are delivered in line with agreed SLA’s
· Logging of complaints
· Policy administration and support including cancellations and amendments
· Processing of client information in line with GDPR
· Electronic filing of emails
· Management of incoming & outgoing post
· General administration (Scanning, filing, photocopying)
· Ad hoc typing
· Booking of Couriers
· Collecting/delivering DX when required
· Setting up and ensuring board and meeting rooms tidy and stocked
