Job Description

The purpose of the role is to provide full operational and administrational support to the Cleaning and Security Consultancy team. And to drive operational efficiencies, streamline processes, implement specific processes and procedures as required to drive consistency and performance of the Operational delivery of the Inhouse team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support the Manager in the completion of pitch documentation.
  • Support in the drafting of marketing material to promote the business stream.
  • Complete cost models for all new instructions and as required for existing properties under management.
  • Manage the administration process for the onboarding / off boarding of new teams ensuring that all actions on the mobilization plan are completed on time.
  • Review and develop the onboarding/ off boarding processes to identify efficiencies and improvements that can be made to improve the operational delivery.
  • Ensure all new sites have completed all documentation
  • Ensure all sites have up to date assignment instructions
  • Annual review of all security and cleaning documentation, ensuring sign off from UK security and cleaning business manager
  • Manager and update administration SOPs
  • ISO 9001 - Ensure all documentation is maintained and kept up to date and that all sites have access have to compass
  • Manage and oversee organization of training courses
  • Ensure new starters hold SIA licenses where required.
  • Manage the Security Consultancy tracker ensuring that the tracker is kept up to date with all new and sold properties.
  • Manage the booking and planning of CCTV audits to ensure all properties have had their annual CCTV audit completed every 12 months and that inspections are organized in geographical clusters.
  • Proof reading of reports
  • Organize travel for team when required.
  • Support area managers in meetings by note taking
  • Prepare presentations and reports from dictation or hand written notes for amending to finalize and issue

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will be an experienced Project / Property Management – with excellent organization skills and be able to work under pressure. You will have strong IT skills and a good geographical knowledge of the UK.
