Job Description

You will support the administration and service improvement aspects of DWF’s billing processes including query management and resolution, root cause analysis as well as core parts of the end-to-end billing process.

  • Support across the entire billing teams & leaders relating to admin activities
  • Management of certain billing mailboxes
  • Supporting issue & query management
  • Supporting WIP write offs
  • Generating bill submissions to clients and Fee Earners across the business
  • Performing client reconciliations within Microsoft excel
  • Accrual management
  • Borderaux Billing

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and be a confident user of Excel to intermediary level. You will have excellent organizational and time management skills in order to meet deadlines, and will have the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
