Roles and Responsibilities

· Provide end user support

· Work alongside the Sage business partner

· Manage the X3 development and pitch ideas to improve systems with X3

· Create SOPs for data storage and coding within the system

· System testing

· Keep up with industry news and software developments

· Attend relevant training, webinars and meetings to develop own skills to assist business requirements

· Lead the support internally

· Testing and Building on the system

· Self motivated worker

· Sage X3 Accreditation's · Experience working for a Sage business partner preferential · Project management experience · Good functional knowledge of Sage X3 · Ability to work well under pressure · Clear communicator, ability to liaise with people from all levels · Confident to work with 3rd party developers, suppliers and vendors · Proficient with report designing · Self motivated with great time management skills
