Job Description

We are currently on the lookout for a highly organized and diligent Office and Finance Manager to join our dynamic team based in Manchester City Centre.

Finance Responsibilities will include;

  • Assisting with the preparation of Monthly Management Accounts
  • Working with the external accountants to provide cash flow and budget forecasting for the board of directors
  • Management of the day to day running of nominal, sales and purchase ledgers
  • Reviewing and submitting VAT returns
  • Reviewing the monthly payroll submission

Office Administration duties will include;

  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Ordering new equipment and coordinating delivery for new starters
  • Managing NQC’s mobile, rental and utilities contracts
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks as requested by the Operations Board

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Have experience within a similar role. Have experience working with Xero or a similar accounting software package. Have strong excel skills.
