We are currently on the lookout for a highly organized and diligent Office and Finance Manager to join our dynamic team based in Manchester City Centre.
Finance Responsibilities will include;
Assisting with the preparation of Monthly Management Accounts
Working with the external accountants to provide cash flow and budget forecasting for the board of directors
Management of the day to day running of nominal, sales and purchase ledgers
Reviewing and submitting VAT returns
Reviewing the monthly payroll submission
Office Administration duties will include;
Booking travel and accommodation
Ordering new equipment and coordinating delivery for new starters
Managing NQC’s mobile, rental and utilities contracts
Ad hoc administrative tasks as requested by the Operations Board
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Have experience within a similar role. Have experience working with Xero or a similar accounting software package. Have strong excel skills.
