As this is a new position within the Credit Control / Finance structure, and an ideal opportunity for a candidate who enjoys an autonomous and varied role. The successful candidate will have strong administration background with excellent time management skills. Financial administration background would be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
Taking ownership of email folders for Credit Control Admin, Credit Account Applications.
National Accounts Admin: sourcing POD’s and sending copy invoices.
Processing new credit applications by checking the applications, obtaining credit rating information, liaising with applicants and colleagues to follow up queries.
Setting up new accounts– adding notes to the account as appropriate.
Sending copy invoices and POD’s as requested.
Allocating and matching of payments on cash and web accounts.
Cashbook transfers of payments from one account to another.
Monthly statement runs.
General office assisting with National accounts, Credit Controllers, Purchase Ledger and Finance where required.

Proven administrative experience preferably within a Finance background. Experience of creating, developing and maintaining effective working relationships with key stakeholders e.g. employees and customers. Experience of self-managing workload to work without supervision. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to plan and organize own workload and work without supervision. Ability to work as a member of a team. Personally Effective – excellent organizational skills, ability to priorities. Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Highly accurate, with attention to detail and the ability to identify mistakes and correct them.
