Our Client provides advice on a wide range of products including Investment Management, Retirement Planning, Inheritance Tax Planning, Personal and Family Protection.
An opportunity is available for a Part Time Administrator to join the friendly and passionate team. Daily duties will be varied and consist of;
Provide efficient administrative support to one adviser
Acting as a point of contact for clients
Product and fund research
Collating information from product providers on clients existing arrangements
Diary management and ensuring all pre-meeting information as collated
Typing letters
General administration and office duties
Updating and managing the client database
The successful applicant will be comfortable working in a small and really friendly team environment Preferably the candidate would have some knowledge of Intelligent Office, as well as use with Provider Platforms.
