Job Description

We have a brilliant opportunity for a French and English speaking Sales Administrator to join a fast-growing, reputable company, leading in the tech market.

Part of the European Sales Administration team, you will be focused, detailed and process driven, working together to support the organisation’s European sales function.

As the Sales Administrator, your job will be to:

  • Validating, generating and sending out contracts to customers on behalf of the sales function
  • Monitoring contracts out for signature and taking action when they have expired
  • Creating repeat orders taken by the Customer Services team
  • Assessing, validating and processing Novation and Transfer requests
  • Partial, full and pay as you go termination processing
  • Validating and processing contract reductions
  • Authorised Salesforce administration; entitlement account balancing, multiple billing use

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Fluent in French and English Ability to build relationships across different teams and business areas Excellent attention to detail skills Experience working in a similar, process led administration role is essential   Able to multi-task and work to strict deadlines Strong IT and technical skills Salesforce experience would be an advantage Excellent organisational and communication skills
