The Appointed Person Will Work As Part Of The Processing Team To Ensure That The Client Gets The Mortgage They Want And Will
 

·Process mortgages with the aim of achieving early mortgage offers

·Input new client data to our custom-built CRM system

·Liaise with clients and other parties to collect processing information for clients' mortgages

·Help and assist clients at all stages of the mortgage process.

·Be extremely pro-active with great sense of urgency and commercial awareness

The salary for the role is £20,000 - £25,000 per annum plus a performance related bonus (Depending on experience)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

·Ideally experience in processing mortgages ·Ability to multitask and work accurately yet quickly ·The confidence and telephone manner to try to help clients ·The ability to communicate effectively with others in the team ·A desire to be happy in work, helping others and breeding a culture of support
