Job Description

Our Regional Administrators are responsible for the administration function for a designated area, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of process relating to administration, invoicing, donations and debt recovery. To ensure compliance with the company’s policies and procedures. Act as an ambassador for the company at all times

Our Regional Administrators must ensure consistent delivery of the highest levels of client service when dealing with clients, provide excellent levels of internal customer service when working with your Managers, colleagues and other Administrators. Ensure that you behave in ways that, at all times, show sensitivity to the differing needs and requirements of the bereaved.

Covering North West, Yorkshire and West Yorkshire areas.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate would ideally be based at either our Collyhurst (M40 7RA) or Barnsley (S71 1NT) branch, although we are flexible in this regard.
