Job Description

As a member of the contact tracing team you will be:

 Undertaking the initial interview of COVID-19 positive cases and/or contacts by phone;·

 Identifying and following up with contacts and providing public health advice (where appropriate);·

 Ensuring the timely and accurate recording of information from those interviews using systems provided.·

 Able to work from home and can commit to working a minimum of 37 hours a week over seven days, for a minimum period of 12 weeks.·

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Minimum relevant Level 2 qualification on National Framework i.e. Business Administration, Customer Services, IT· and have evidence of qualification  Proven experience in making high volume outbound calls and excellent administration skills/ logging data·
