Job Description

As the first point of contact, you must have excellent customer service skills and a broad general knowledge of IT systems and services. As their service desk analyst you will be responsible for providing 1st line support for internal and external users, Recording all incidents, problems, changes and requests on the service desk.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To be successful in this position you will need experience with: Service Manager Service Desk ITIL Experience of using and supporting Microsoft Office applications Desirable: Mobile device administration (e.g. MS Surface, iPhone, laptops) System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) vSphere / VMWare
