Become the primary point of contact, responding quickly to customer queries by email and telephone.
Support customers via a Web Chat facility and guide customers through website.
Work with other departments on product and pricing information to provide accurate quotations.
Process orders received via website, email and telephone including scheduling of freight.
Manage and maintain account information ensuring this is available to all customer service representatives and sales managers.
Develop strong relationships with customers.
Provide technical product support.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous customer service / sales office / sales administration experience. An additional European language is required, ideally Spanish but would consider other European languages such as German, Italian Graduates are also encouraged to apply, particularly those with a degree related to Business. A confident telephone manner with the ability to build strong customer relationships. A competent user of Microsoft packages, in particular Excel.
