Job Description

The company are at the forefront of innovative technology and as such are market leaders in their field, manufacturing and supplying high quality products to the Medical industry.

The Supply Chain Administrator role manages all the documentation related to the goods received in the warehouse, controls all the daily shipments to ensure that these are received in an organized manner. Troubleshooting issues / problems related to deliveries, transportation and supervise customer returns and processing customer complaints.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Preparing documentation for the inbound deliveries to the distribution centre.
  • Troubleshooting issues with customers and suppliers.
  • Managing daily shipments
  • Controlling customer returns.
  • Processing customer complaints
  • Shipment tracking.
  • Inventory accuracy.

Knowledge:

  • Experience in administrative duties and data entry.
  • Competent Microsoft Office Skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access.
  • SAP experience is advantageous.
  • Understanding of import processes.
