Your new role
This role will focus on efficiently getting the system up and running with the support of the existing HR team. You'll be involved in organising the system, inputting and validating data, working on the new policies for using the system, introducing it to the managers and employees etc. You'll become the go to expert in the HR team during the implementation phase.

What you'll get in return
This is a temp role, the pay is around £11 - £12.50 per hour, equivalent of £21k - £24k depending on experience and capability.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You'll know and understand the importance of good data integrity to the smooth running of a HR system. You'll have some strong HR administration experience and in a perfect world you will have worked with Cascade before (although that's not essential). You'll ideally have CIPD qualifications although experience is the priority. You will be a problem solver and starter finisher by nature. You will again, ideally have been involved in a system implementation previously.
