An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and forward-thinking Export Customer Services Administrator to join our rapidly expanding manufacturing business based in Cheshire.
Experience of letters of credit documentation preferred but not essential
Export documentation preparation of packing lists, commercial invoices etc
Knowledge of export shipping rules and regulations
Booking of transportation
Preparation of official documentation EUR1, certification of origin preferred but not essential
Production of dangerous goods notes preferred but not essential
A high level of customer interaction and service is required verbal and written.
General office platforms XL and word and Sage 50 Cloud preferred
Order processing experience
Managing sales order processing at multiple locations in different counties
Managing of stock records at various warehouse and consigned stock at customers premises
Preparation and dispatching of samples to customers
