Required Daily Tasks:

• Monitoring Director’s email and responding as required

• Project management and time frame monitoring

• Monitoring and responding to social media messages and requests

• Organizing travel

• Organizing and planning meetings

• Answering and making phone calls

• Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings

• Various ad hoc requests

• Monitoring client success and reporting on progress using our CRM system

• Ensuring data is accurate and up to date

• Ensuring A/R is within KPI target weekly

• Offering world class customer support, helping to resolve issues

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Highly organized. Experience in project management. Experience using CRM software. Great telephone manner. Great communication skills when liaising by email both internally and externally.
