Responsibilities:
· Map the customers’ needs and wishes
· Support the customer in finding the best solution
· First point of contact for ecommerce customers
· Process incoming enquiries, orders and follow up actions
· Provide the customer with all relevant information and advice
· Monitoring and resolving all ecommerce customer queries
· Monitoring and resolving channel specific customer related issues
· Regular communication to rest of team to update and flag if any issues arise
Training * We will provide training in our customer portals to ensure fully up to speed with Ecommerce specific channel requirements/processes
Nice haves:
· Fluent in German, Spanish, and/or Italian
· Clean Driving License
· Previous experience in similar role
