Job Description
Your role will include: - Arranging travel and accommodation arrangements for field engineers and other staff members, including VISA applications, processing expenses and having main control of business vehicle allocations - Liaising with accounts monthly job closures, creating and submitting invoices and further supporting documentation that may be required; scheduling and acknowledging receipt of third party invoicing (supplier and contractor) - Liaising with all areas of the business and completing administration tasks which will support both the After Sales Service team and Spares, Repairs & Warranty team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- You will have proven experience of working within a fast paced environment, with the ability to prioritise effectively with high workloads - You will have a keen eye for detail and willing to use your initiative in order to get tasks completed to a high standard, whilst maintaining integrity at all times - You will be able to communicate at all levels effectively, across all channels 0 face to face, over the phone and by email.
