As an Administrator/Secretary your duties will include:
Arranging both national and international travel
Arranging and booking all internal and external meetings
Dealing with all internal/external calls in a professional manner
Extensive diary management
Processing of expenses
Printing, Binding, Scanning and Photocopying
Preparing, collating and amending all documents
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous Administration/Secretarial experience Excellent communication skills High attention to detail Excellent organisation and time management skills Highly proficient in all Microsoft packages
