Job Description

We are looking for an Operations support officer to work within the Operations team, you will be required to carry out support duties to Operations Managers working on refurbishment work to tenanted properties. You will initially be based at our depot & move to work from home once trained

The Role

  • Ordering of materials.
  • Allocating works order numbers.
  • Monitoring recording of compliance certificates.
  • Prepare & providing documents/information to operatives & sub-contractors.
  • Prepare document packs for property handovers.
  • Monitor & compile spread sheets with information.
  • General office duties.
