Customer Support Administrator
Job Description
To provide inbound and proactive support to WCCTV’s clients to ensure the effective operation of their equipment and software. Support will be provided via telephone, web, email and by organizing training workshops. The role is responsible for supporting WCCTV’s body worn video range of systems, support clients in both the public and private sectors.
Body Worn Video Support
- To deal with incoming calls/emails, provide customers with technical support, and log all queries onto the WCCTV Customer Experience log – Ensuring all queries are dealt with on a same day basis.
- To assist with day to day administration (including trials, audio checks, advanced replacements etc.)
- To create detailed reports for customers.
- To provide pro-active/refresher training for customers.
- To provide remote Body Worn installations for customers, utilizing remote desktop facility to install both standalone and Cloud installation.
- Provide Bank Holiday and Christmas cover support on a rota basis.
